Android Jelly Bean powered Samsung Galaxy Camera launched in India - Samsung India has launched its Android running Galaxy camera in India.  According to the Vice President of Samsung Mobile Mr. Asim Warsi, India is among the first five markets in the world where the camera has been launched.

Samsung Galaxy Camera has many common things as that of Samsung Galaxy S3. The Galaxy Camera is powered by 1.4GHz quad core processor with Exynos chipset and 1GB RAM.  On board storage capacity is 8GB and memory can be added through microSD card.

Like Samsung Galaxy S3, Galaxy camera too comes with 4.8 inch display screen and packs 3G/4G radios. The device runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS and according to Samsung they are working on the Android 4.2 upgrade for the camera.
Samsung Galaxy Camera comes with 1650 mAh battery and additional battery within the sales box.  The device is available in the market starting tomorrow. Samsung Galaxy Camera price in India is ₹29,990.
